AIR RIDE set to move to new larger installation and manufacturing facility shortly

Unfortunately we were a bit ahead of oursleves on this car, and started to strip it before we shot the "before" photos - hence the kit and lights missing. You can still see that the car looked pretty nice with only about 6 or 8 dents on the bodywork, and little rust. The normal cracks on the B post will be welded during the course of the project.

Door handles, and Bootlid seam welded as always. Above you can just make out bad boy extensions.

Left you can see the car has has a metal strip welded along the sill and the arch/skirt area has been laminated ready for skirts and arches to be bonded on.

This process is time consuming but ensures that there are no cracks and everything is solid enough to last for years (accidents permitting).

Because this car is using small wheels (17's) we have carried out a small modification to the rear arches which allows them to sit lower.
