We have suffered what we believe to be very poor service and considerable losses from Diss-Tribution and would advise anyone looking for a good parcel delivery company to use TNT, Night Freight or Night Speed.

We would very much like to hear from anyone else whom has had a bad experience with Diss-Tribution or Disstribution UK (Norfolk) Limited (or any variation thereof) of Mission Road, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4HX or of Unit 2b, Laurel Farm, Mill Road, Burston, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 3TJ.

Our experience of this company have been extreme and you should note the following if you intend to deal with them:

  1. We wrote them 6 letters many recorded delivery with no reply when problems first occurred.

  2. Our Solicitor wrote Diss-tribution many letters with no reply.

  3. Diss-tribution failed to file numerous items, pay fees or reply to court letters.

  4. Many parcels were lost, some damaged, and none delivered within the 24 hours contracted.

  5. Diss-tribution have never issued invoices, or delivery statements, but did try to charge ten times the amount due without evidence.

  6. In addition the directors of Diss-tribution have committed criminal offences in failing to file annual returns and accounts with Companies House. Action is being taken by Companies House to strike-off the company.

  7. On 15th July 2005 at 12.40pm a judgement was obtained in the Norwich County Court in which the district judge stated that he did not believe a word Diss-tribution were saying and that he believed they were trying to mislead the Court.

  8. Since posting this webpage we have heard from quite a number of other companies making similar claims.

If you are taking legal action against Diss-tribution or you are defending legal action brought by Diss-tribution then we will be happy to provide affidavit evidence of our experiences. Furthermore we would be happy to share the contents of the Judgement of 15th July 2005.
