BMW E30

	We forgot to take any "before" photos. The car is a fairly plain and *very* dented 318i. Sent to us with the Autofashion Rymax kit already fitted by the customer and friends. Because the car is to be painted high gloss black the prep must be perfect and it takes ages. At this stage much sanding and filling of dents has been done prior to the green tinted primer you see here. Once wet flatted some repairs break through and a second application of primer is neccessary to obtain the perfect finish. This is often the case with black.

Below you can see the second application of primer. We first coat the repairs before re-coating the whole shell. This is again wet flatted to perfection prior to spraying it black the next day as pictured further below.






The finished car looks great in black, after all the very time consuming prep. and the also very time consuming de-chroming. The skirts are bonded on for the smooth look, but the accident prone front and rear bumpers are not for practicality.
